Doesn't that hat make me look ridiculous? Also, the guy on the right - who looks at least seven times more ridiculous than I do - that's my boss. That's right.

At first glance it looks like an Asian hat, I know it isn't, but that would have been even funnier.
Aaron, you probably didn't realize it when the photo was taken, but you have red eye.
